These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and ubm4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://ubm4d.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the ubm4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using ubm4d and close any account you may have opened. ubm4d reserves the right to update or replace this Agreement at any time; continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

• "ubm4d" / "Platform" / "Service" — the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://ubm4d.cam, including all games, betting markets, payment systems, and support functions.
• "Account" — a registered user account created on ubm4d by an eligible individual in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — any natural person who accesses, registers for, or uses the ubm4d Service.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the total monetary value denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) held in a User's ubm4d account at any given time, comprising deposits and any confirmed winnings, less withdrawals and applicable charges.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credit credited to a User's account that is subject to wagering requirements and other conditions as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" — deposits made by the User using their own money, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and address verification process required by ubm4d for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Indonesian Business Day" — any day Monday through Friday that is not a public holiday in Indonesia as recognized under the official national calendar.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which the use of ubm4d services is illegal, restricted, or subject to licensing requirements that ubm4d does not hold.

To be eligible to register and use the ubm4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Service:

• You are a natural person, at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the ubm4d platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of ubm4d, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person;
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party, corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended ubm4d account (duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited);
• You are not accessing the Service from a Prohibited Territory;
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.

ubm4d targets and primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are aware of and accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful in your place of residence. ubm4d makes no representation that the Service is available or legally permissible in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensed territories.

Each eligible individual may hold one Account only on ubm4d. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Valid email address that you own and control;
• Date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR);
• Preferred payment method for deposits and withdrawals.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ubm4d will never ask for your password by email, chat, or telephone. You must notify ubm4d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ubm4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

ubm4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Completion of KYC is mandatory for all Users who wish to make withdrawals above the minimum threshold.

Documents Required

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible scan or photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / Indonesian National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID;
• Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face;
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and current residential address (required for enhanced verification tiers);
• Proof of Payment Method: For certain withdrawal requests, ubm4d may request a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

ubm4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where reasonably necessary to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, or to investigate suspected fraud or misuse. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

All KYC documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for compliance purposes and are never shared with third-party marketers.

Deposits

ubm4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are published on the Platform.

Deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. ubm4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be suspended pending KYC review, or returned to the originating payment method.

ubm4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ubm4d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account registered in the same name as your ubm4d account. ubm4d processes withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) and to verified e-wallets. Standard processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours from approval, depending on the bank or e-wallet and the User's KYC verification tier.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000;
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and KYC status (published in account settings);
• Withdrawal requests are processed during Indonesian business hours; requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window;
• ubm4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing time;
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable Real Money Funds (see Section 6).

ubm4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this Section and to any additional specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between this Section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified account holders who have satisfied all applicable eligibility criteria, including KYC completion and minimum deposit requirements;
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per User, IP address, device, household address, and payment method;
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms of each promotion;
• Eligible Games: Certain game types may contribute differently toward Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games and progressive jackpot titles may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%);
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited;
• Maximum Bet Rule: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted single bet is Rp 50.000 or 10% of the remaining Bonus balance (whichever is lower) unless a higher limit is expressly granted in writing by ubm4d;
• Combination of Bonuses: Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms;
• Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If you choose to withdraw Real Money Funds while Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements have not been met, the outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.

ubm4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to disqualify any User from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, fraud, or breach of these terms.

All bets placed and games played on ubm4d are governed by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific rules applicable to each product category. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable rules before placing bets or entering games.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ubm4d — including football (bandar bola — online football bookmaking), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by standard international sports betting rules. Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled according to published settlement rules. ubm4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been affected by match manipulation or corrupt activity.

Togel Lottery

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets are settled based on official draw results from the applicable pool authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). ubm4d does not control draw outcomes. All togel results published on the platform are sourced from official providers and are considered final upon publication.

Live Casino & Slots

Live dealer games and slot titles are provided by third-party software studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, and NetEnt). Game rules are governed by those studios' published rules available in each game's information panel. RNG-based game outcomes are certified by independent testing laboratories. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

ubm4d reserves the right to void any bet or game round in which a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the User's account balance.

ubm4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered Users via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposit amounts. Once set, increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration alerts and automatic logouts;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss caps per defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Account closure for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible within the elected period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ubm4d and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities);
• Depositing funds derived from illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized sources;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage, whether in games, bonus systems, or payment processing;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Service in any unauthorized manner;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, manipulation, or collusion in connection with any betting market;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to structuring deposits or bets to exploit wagering requirement loopholes, systematic low-risk wagering to clear bonuses, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming;
• Laundering funds or using the ubm4d platform for any purpose related to money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Accessing the Service using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions where such circumvention is intended to access the platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Sharing account access, credentials, or payment methods with any third party;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening ubm4d staff or other Users.

ubm4d reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold or forfeit all funds associated with such an account where legally permitted, and to report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the ubm4d platform — including but not limited to the ubm4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ubm4d or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software; (c) use ubm4d's trade marks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by ubm4d. Unauthorized use of any Platform content may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubm4d, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from circumstances beyond ubm4d's reasonable control;
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or data feeds that result from third-party provider failures, provided that ubm4d takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors upon discovery;
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing resulting from third-party banking or payment provider systems.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ubm4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

ubm4d may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• ubm4d suspects or confirms fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• ubm4d is required to do so by a court order, regulator, or applicable law;
• ubm4d determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk of harm to yourself, to other Users, or to the integrity of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ubm4d support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC or security review. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

ubm4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ubm4d will provide notice via email (to the address registered on your account) and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Service and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ubm4d holds its international gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below.

Internal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ubm4d customer support in writing, setting out the nature of your complaint and the remedy sought. ubm4d will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) Indonesian Business Days and will endeavor to provide a substantive response within ten (10) Indonesian Business Days. If you are not satisfied with ubm4d's response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory authority under whose license ubm4d operates.

Indonesian consumer protection laws may provide you with additional rights that cannot be excluded by this clause. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian consumer law.
